Fantasy Premier League (FPL) is live for the 2024/25 season, allowing managers make their squads for the new campaign.

What's New in FPL 2024/25?

The launch follows a week of price reveals and record-breaking announcements. Notably, Erling Haaland and Cole Palmer’s prices have stirred discussions among managers. FPL has introduced several exciting NEW features for the season:

1. Transfer Rolling: Managers can now roll up to five transfers and keep the saved ones even after using a chip.
2. Mystery Chip: A new addition to the game, details of which will be revealed as the season progresses.
3. Scoring and Bonus Points System Tweaks: Minor adjustments to enhance gameplay.

The interface has also been updated, including a welcome relocation of the chips to an area where they are less likely to be accidentally clicked.

What’s Stayed the Same?

Despite the above changes to FPL, much of the game remains familiar:

• Chips: The traditional chips – two Wildcards, one Free Hit, one Bench Boost, and one Triple Captain – are still in play.
• Gameweek Deadlines: Deadlines continue to be 90 minutes before the first kickoff.
• Scoring System: Other than goalkeepers getting 10 points for a goal, no new scoring categories have been added.
