As the above image shows, Estupiñan tops the Stats Sandbox for Expected FPL points (xFPL) (61.39) for the last 10 Gameweeks of the 2022/23 season, the left-back was sixth for shots (17) and third for chances created (23) amongst Brighton players. Mitoma currently sits in 37.5% of FPL squads and the Japanese international is close behind with an xFPL score of 60.44. He took more shots (29) than any Brighton player over the aforementioned period and was fourth for chances created (20). Steele was fourth for xFPL (42.93) and could be a great pick between the sticks at a price of just £4.5m.

March vs Mitoma was a common dilemma for most FPL managers over the second half of the last campaign and as the above image from our Fix Heatmaps feature shows, from Gameweek 19 on March scored just 17 points fewer than Mitoma despite playing nearly 500 fewer minutes.
A look at the Average Statistics above shows that March matched or bettered Mitoma in every single attacking metric. He took more shots (3.00 vs 2.17) and created more chances (3.00 vs 1.48) while being level for Expected Goals (xG) with the Japanese winger. March currently sits in just 3.0% of FPL teams, possibly due to his injury woes at the tail end of the campaign and is definitely worth considering as a differential.

As the above image from our Fix Comparison Matrix shows, Ferguson, Welbeck and Undav all featured for the Seagulls over the last 10 Gameweeks of last season with the former England international getting the most minutes (597). He was also top for shots (26), shots on target (SoT) (eight) and attempted assists (14) but was afforded only three 'big chances'. Ferguson was afforded double the 'big chances' (six) and was second amongst their forwards for shots (19). Undav's underlying numbers are impressive but there is speculation that he might be sent out on loan after the Seagulls added João Pedro to their forward arsenal.
