Bournemouth have conceded just 36 goals this season, with only Nottingham Forest (35), Crystal Palace (33), Liverpool (27), and Arsenal (24) allowing fewer.
As shown in our Fixture Difficulty Ratings below, the Cherries rank third for 'Defence Difficulty' for the rest of the season. This supports the decision to double up on their defence with Kerkez and Arrizabalaga in the squad.
As the below image from our Opta Stats Sandbox feature shows, Arsenal are ranked top for 'Expected Goals Conceded' (xGC) (28.56) and with the Gunners ranked sixth for 'Defence Difficulty', Saliba and J. Timber also merit inclusion.
With Double Gameweek 32 in mind, the Palace duo of Henderson and Muñoz also make the squad, no defender has been afforded more 'big chances' than Muñoz (nine) and the Colombian international is also top for 'Expected Goals' (xG) (4.56).
With Hall out injured, Burn is the preferred Newcastle option for their Double in Gameweek 32.
Salah's inclusion does not really need any explanation with the Egyptian already breaking the 303-point FPL record this season. With no commitments for Liverpool except the league to focus on, the Egyptian international should be nailed on for 90-minutes every week over the run in.
Kluivert leads the Cherries for both goals (12) and assists (10). The Dutchman trails only B. Fernandes (152), Mbeumo (179), Palmer (181) and Salah (306) for FPL points this season (147) and should benefit from the Cherries' favourable schedule.
As highlighted in our Opta Stats Sandbox feature, he has been their most creative player this campaign with 42 attempted assists.
Elanga bagged a 16-point FPL haul against Ipswich prior to the international break. The winger trails only Wood (174) for FPL points amongst Forest players and with the New Zealand international currently a doubt for Gameweek 30 with a hip injury, he offers a nailed on route into their attack.
As the illustrated in the Opta Stats Sandbox feature, only Gibbs-White (41) has attempted more assists than Elanga (39) amongst Forest players.
As our Fixture Difficulty Ratings highlights, Man. City are ranked second for Attack Difficulty for the remainder of the season. Over the last six Gameweeks, none of their players have attempted more shots in the box (nine) or attempted more assists (six) than Savinho.
J. Murphy offers a budget route into the Newcastle attack at a price of just £5.0m with Double Gamewek 32 in mind. The winger has started every game for the Magpies since Gameweek 14.
Isak (19) trails only Haaland (21) for goals amongst forwards, the Swedish international is Newcastle's top scoring FPL asset (169) by some distance.
As the below image from the Assistant Manager's Optimal Player Rotation Strategy shows, he is the go-to captaincy pick for Double Gameweek 32.
Mateta is expected back for the Eagles after missing out prior to the international break due to injury. The French international has scored six goals in as many appearances, and as the below image from our Opta Stats Sandbox feature shows, he trails only Beto (10) for 'big chances' (eight) over the last eight Gameweeks amongst forwards.
Despite a poor campaign by his standards, Haaland still leads the way amongst forwards for shots (103), shots on target (103), 'big chances' (39) and xG (22.50). With Alexander-Arnold injured and Palmer potentially unavailable, the £14.8m price tag for the Norwegian looks more affordable.
This is the full Wildcard team in our Assistant Manager tool, but you can also customise your own based on your budget and preferences. Whether you want to include or exclude certain players, prioritise squad depth, or focus more funds on your starting XI, the choice is yours.
