FPL Gameweek 5: The Best Captain Choices

Mohamed Salah (BOU) - Highest Projected Point Scorer

Salah has only blanked once in the opening four Gameweeks, no midfielder has taken more shots in the box (12) than the 32-year-old, he is also top for 'big chances' (five).

Only Chelsea (eight) and Man. City (11) have scored more goals than Liverpool (seven) while the Merseyside outfit lead the league for 'big chances' (17).

Their opponents Bournemouth have conceded five goals over the opening four fixtures and have not keep a clean sheet. The South Coast side are ranked 12th for 'Expected Goals Conceded' (xGC) (6.43). Our Predicted Points & Stats tool currently projects a point score of 7.3 for Salah.

Ollie Watkins (WOL) - Highly Projected Points Alternative
