Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou delivered disappointing news for Fantasy Premier League managers, stating: "Dom picked up a knock in the last game. He got through the game but it flared up the day after and he'll miss the game tomorrow."
This unexpected absence of Dominic Solanke has left many FPL managers searching for suitable replacements.

In this article, we'll examine three potential budget-friendly options: Rodrigo Muniz, Chris Wood, and Jean-Philippe Mateta.
At a budget-friendly £6.0 million, Rodrigo Muniz offers excellent value for FPL managers. His current ownership of 7.3% suggests growing popularity among the FPL community.
Muniz leads our trio with an impressive 11.7 projected points over the next three gameweeks (4.2, 3.6, and 3.9 for GW2, GW3, and GW4 respectively), as shown above in the Predicted Points & Stats tool.
Fulham's next three matches are Leicester (H), Ipswich (A), and West Ham (H). This favourable run, featuring two home games, could provide ample opportunities for Muniz to shine.
Matching Muniz's price point, Chris Wood is also available for £6.0 million. His ownership stands at 6.8%, slightly lower than Muniz but still indicating differential levels of ownership. Wood does come with a warning: Forest are reportedly in talks to sign Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah, which could put the forward's playing time at risk in the near future.
Wood is projected to score 11.3 points over the next three gameweeks (4.0, 4.3, and 3.0), placing him just behind Muniz in our comparison.
Forest's fixtures of Southampton (A), Wolves (H), and Liverpool (A) mean they sit 10th for attacking fixtures, as show in the Fixture Analyser tool. The home game against Wolves in GW3 looks particularly promising, but the trip to Anfield in GW4 could be challenging.
At £7.5 million, Mateta is the most expensive of our three options, however, his ownership is the lowest at 5.7%.
Mateta is projected to score 10.7 points over the next three gameweeks (4.0, 3.0, and 3.7), slightly behind both Muniz and Wood. However, the Palace forward outperformed the other two in FPL points, goals, and assists during the 2023/24 season, as shown in the Fix Comparison Matrix tool below.
Palace face West Ham (A), Chelsea (H), and Leicester (H). This mixed bag of fixtures presents both opportunities and challenges for Mateta.
