Ollie Watkins (SHU)

Watkins has scored five goals at Villa Park this season, only Haaland (six) has been more prolific amongst forwards in home matches. He is top for shots (27) and shots in the box (SiB) (26), while only N. Jackson (5.91) has registered a higher 'Expected Goals' (xG) tally. He has also created 14 chances with only J. Alvarez (18) faring better. Darwin and Cunha (three each) are the only forwards to register more assists in home matches than his two. Villa have scored 25 goals at home this season, more than any other side. They are ranked seventh for BC (24) and xG (17.70). Their visitors Sheff. Utd. have conceded 43 goals this season, the worst defensive record in the division. The Blades are also bottom for shots conceded (307) and 'Expected Goals Conceded' (xGC) (38.69). Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 6.7 for Watkins.

Mohamed Salah (ARS)

Salah has found the back of the net eight times at Anfield this campaign, no player across the league has scored more in home matches. He is also top across all positions for shots (32), shots on target (SoT) (18) and xG (7.34). His creativity numbers are excellent as well, he is top for 'big chances' (BC) created (six) and third for 'Expected Assists' (xA) (3.33). As the below image from our Fix Heatmaps feature shows, he averages 8.9 FPL points per game at Anfield. Liverpool have scored 21 goals at home (sixth), but are top for shots (189) and second for xG (21.69). Their opponents Arsenal have conceded just 15 goals, the joint-best defensive record in the league. The Gunners are top for both shots conceded (138) and xGC (16.08). Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 6.5 for Salah.

Dominic Solanke (nfo)

Solanke's eight goals this campaign trails only Watkins (nine) and Haaland (14) amongst forwards, as the Stats Sandbox image below shows the 26-year-old is also third for shots (47), SiB (44) and BC (14). Meanwhile, only Darwin (8.29), Watkins (9.11), N. Jackson (10.09) and Haaland (15.14) have notched a higher xG tally than his 8.23. Bournemouth have scored 21 goals this season (12th) and the Cherries are ranked 14th for SiB (136) and 12th for xG (23.10). Their hosts Forest have conceded 30 goals with only Luton (32), Burnley (36) and Sheff. Utd. (43) worse in defence. The Nottingham side are ranked 11th for shots conceded (226) and 10th for xGC (25.38). Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 4.5 for Solanke.
