Mohamed Salah (ful/eve)

Salah’s total of 17 goals this season is beaten only by Palmer (20) amongst midfielders, the Egyptian international is top for shots (93), shots on target (SoT) (45), shots in the box (SiB) (73), ‘big chances’ (BC) (26) and ‘Expected Goals’ (xG) (17.95). He has also notched nine assists and is top for BC created (20) and ‘Expected Assists’ (xA) (11.08). Liverpool have scored 72 goals this season with only Arsenal (75) and Man. City (76) more prolific. The Merseyside outfit are top for shots (650) and xG (76.53). Their first opponents Fulham have conceded 51 goals this season and are ranked 15th for ‘Expected Goals Conceded’ (xGC). (58.05). The Hammers are ranked 17th for shots conceded (551) and 18th for xGC (63.87). Their second opponents Newcastle have conceded 32 goals in 15 away games and have kept just two clean sheets on their travels. The Magpies are ranked 10th for xGC (29.28) in away matches.
