Caveat - Picks are in below format

  1. No.1 predicted by Fix
  2. Alternative high-ownership option. Over 20%
  3. Differential option. Under 20%

Mohamed Salah (WAT)

Salah will be eager to put the disappointment of missing out on the World Cup behind him, by putting Watford to the sword. The Egyptian has scored four goals over the last six gameweeks which is top amongst midfielders. He is also top for shots (31), shots in the box (22) and shots on target (SoT) (11). Liverpool have scored 15 goals over the same period and only Spurs (19) have been more prolific. The North London club (44) are the only side to land more SoT than the Merseyside outfit (42). Their visitors Watford have conceded 14 goals over the last six gameweeks, the third-worst in the league behind Norwich (17) and Leeds (24). They have allowed opponents 99 shots this season, only Wolves, Norwich (116 each) and Leeds (122) have been more generous. Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 9.4 for Salah.

Harry Kane (NEW)

Kane has been the league's form player with seven goals over the last six gameweeks and as the Stats Sandbox image shows below, the forward is top for shot (31), SiB (20), SoT (14) and 'big chances' (11) across his position. Spurs have been posting great underlying numbers, no side has scored more goals (19), taken more SiB (77) or been afforded more 'big chances' (26). Newcastle have tightened up of late and over the last six gameweeks only Man. City (four), Palace (thre), Liverpool and Chelsea (one each) have conceded fewer goals than the Magpies (five). They are also ranked seventh for SoT conceded (20) and sixth for 'big chances' conceded (10). However, our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 5.8 for Kane.

Kevin De Bruyne (bur)

De Bruyne was rested by Belgium over the international break and will be raring to go to ensure Man. City continue to reign supreme at the top of the table. He is rated at 99% to start as per our Predicted Lineups feature which is rare for any Man. City player. He has scored two goals over the last six gameweeks and only Mané (nine), Son (10) and Salah (11) have landed more SoT amongst midfielders than his eight. He has also created 12 chances and two 'big chances' over that period, but has managed just the one solitary assist. The league leaders have scored 11 goals over the last six gameweeks and only Wolves (12), Liverpool (15) and Spurs (19) have fared better. They are ranked second for SiB (75) and third for 'big chances' (19). Their hosts Burnley have conceded 10 goals over the same period and only Brighton (13), Watford (14), Norwich (17) and Leeds (24) have been more generous. The Clarets are ranked 14th for shots conceded (92) and 12th for 'big chances' conceded (12). Our Fix Algorithm predicts a point score of 5.8 for the Belgian.
