Arsenal, Brighton, Burnley, Leicester, Man. Utd, Newcastle and Southampton all feature twice in double gameweek 33 and in this blog the best picks are analysed by position based on the Fix Algorithm projections.
De Gea (7.8) is the highest projected goalkeeper this week with the Algorithm viewing the home fixture against Norwich very favourably. Managers with both Dubravka (6.5) and Ramsdale (7.7) have a decision to make and the Algorithm favours going with the latter.
Shaw is likely to be out for a couple of weeks with an injury which means that Telles should likely start both games at left-back for Man. United. The Portugal international is the top projected defender (6.8) this week with Gabriel in second (6.2). The Algorithm also fancies the Burnley defence with Tarkowski (6.0) in the top six. Popular option Schär (5.4) is also expected to do well. Alexander-Arnold (5.9) and Cancelo (5.6) are the highest projected single gameweek defenders.
B. Fernandes (9.4) is the highest projected scorer in midfield with H. Barnes (9.0) the favoured attacking option from Leicester. Sancho (7.9) is only in 2% of teams at the time of writing and is a great differential option, especially on a Free Hit. Saka (7.5) is the preferred option from Arsenal and it is close between the set piece wizards Maddison (7.3) and Ward-Prowse (7.2). Salah (7.2), Son (6.2) and De Bruyne (6.5) are also projected to score well so managers should think twice about ignoring them in favour of double gameweek players
Ronaldo (9.9) is the highest overall projected scorer for gameweek 33 and is likely to be a popular captain option. Adams (7.8) is expected to do better than Broja (6.4) and it is close between the two Newcastle forwards Saint-Maximin (6.6) and Wood (6.3). Lacazette (7.4) is worth considering on a Free Hit but Kane (5.8) should not be overlooked.
