Evaluate players with Opta statistics. 

As the above image from our Stats Sandbox feature shows, no player across the league took more shots (130) or landed more shots on target (SoT) (63) last season. He was also top amongst forwards for creativity with 57 attempted assists and 14 'big chances' (BC) created. Spurs attacking numbers were disappointing, but Postecoglou is known to be a much more attacking manager than Conte so these numbers are only expected to improve.

As the above image from our Fix Algorithm feature shows, Kane (33.2) only trails Salah (36.4) and Haaland (38.7) for predicted points over the first six Gameweeks. Amongst forwards, Jesus (29.0) is the only player to come close in third with Watkins (23.4) some way off.

As per the Fixture Planner image above, Spurs have a mixed bag of fixtures. The first two games against Brentford and Man. Utd are looking like a tough start, but this is followed by games against Bournemouth, Burnley and Sheff. Utd. which look prime for FPL points for Kane. The initial fixture run, coupled with transfer rumours, is probably why more managers do not have Kane in their FPL squads for now. But looking at the aforementioned numbers, he is a great pick and could be a great differential option to start the season.
