Last two seasons’ form – 46 games / 12 goals / 5 assists
Iheanacho has finally found himself a home, where he will be provided with an assurance of regular starts. While his record over the last two seasons does not jump out, it is worth highlighting that he only started 12 of those 46 Premier League games at Man. City. Iheanacho’s goals per minute ratio, however, is something that leaps out – Contributing a goal every 109 minutes, during his two seasons with Man. City. Better still, he weighed in with an attacking return for the Manchester club every 77 minutes – A phenomenal return, considering the Nigerian Forward was never given a consistent run-out in the Premier League. Iheanacho is a player that is well suited to the Premier League. The 20-year-old is strong, quick and he doesn’t need a second bite at the cherry, with it being well documented just how impressive his shots to goals conversion rate was for Man. City – 12 goals from 19 shots on target. At Leicester, Iheanacho will be able to dovetail nicely off of Vardy, who will also provide more space, by stretching Defences with his speed across the pitch. From gameweek five, Iheanacho’s appeal heightens with hud, bou, WBA, swa, EVE, stk making up six of the subsequent seven games.
